Daddy Long Legs Dolls
I thought it would be interesting to share with you some of the dolls I collected some years ago. Unfortunately, they are somewhat beat up, so when I find the time, I plan to repair some of the damage, including painting and fixing clothes.
These are the before pictures of the four I was fortunate to own.
Not sure when the after pictures will come, but let me give them a proper introduction:
Rev. Johnson,
Ms. Hattie (dress is really faded),
Katy, who fell and smashed her nose, not sure how to repair that yet
Leroy
I believe the Rev and Ms. Hattie are married and the two little ones are their grandchildren, if not they are now.

Sergio
Sergio is the one Latino doll I've been able to find. He looks a little mean and tough, but he gets along fine with all the other boys.
Buffalo Soldier
Yes, I know I used a corny backdrop - a buffalo for a buffalo soldier.
This 12" doll represents a First Sergent of the 10th U.S. Cavalry from the 1870's.
