Boyd - Granado

Thought I would post a couple pics of Boyd.  He just had a face-up done by Cristy Stone of xtremedolls. It came out great!  I got Boyd some months ago from a company call Granado.  Now I need to get him hair and clothes to complete the look.

This is head sculpt is from Head Play.  He is burrowing Barack's body for now, but it is much darker than the face.  I need to find Will his own body.

Daddy Long Legs Dolls

I thought it would be interesting to share with you some of the dolls I collected some years ago.  Unfortunately, they are somewhat beat up, so when I find the time, I plan to repair some of the damage, including painting and fixing clothes. 

These are the before pictures of the four I was fortunate to own.
Not sure when the after pictures will come, but let me give them a proper introduction:

Ms. Hattie (dress is really faded),
Katy, who fell and smashed her nose, not sure how to repair that yet

I believe the Rev and Ms. Hattie are married and the two little ones are their grandchildren, if not they are now.

Sergio

Sergio is the one Latino doll I've been able to find.  He looks a little mean and tough, but he gets along fine with all the other boys.

Yes, I know I used a corny backdrop - a buffalo for a buffalo soldier.

This 12" doll represents a First Sergent of the 10th U.S. Cavalry from the 1870's.

Wesley Snipes as The Blade

Wesley character's name was  Eric "Blade" Brooks in the film.  He is half vampire who is motivated to kill all vampire.  The figure is 12". He dressed in a leather outfit.  His hair is pretty unique which I will display in later post.
